WATCH: Police say a woman’s lifeless body was found in a car near Square One Mall in Mississauga.

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – A woman’s body has been found in a car near Square One Mall in Mississauga, Peel Regional Police say. The woman’s body had obvious signs of trauma. Police found the body mid-afternoon Friday and say the vehicle is related to a missing persons report.

Thursday, police issued a report which said they were actively seeking information on the disappearance of Ming-Chien (Teresa) Hsin, 59, who was last seen Wednesday at Hurontario St. and Rathburn Rd. in Mississauga. Police say she may have been driving a black BMW.

Hsin had survived a violent stabbing in November in Mississauga. She was attacked and sustained life-threatening injuries.

Police have not released information about the victim’s identity or any further information but say their investigation is continuing.
